# Swole.fit open data: foods based on the Australian FSANZ tables

Dump date: 2026-10-14. Built from Australian Food Composition Database (AFCD) as released on 2025-12-23 and AUSNUT 2023 as released on 2026-03-25.

This directory holds every food in the Swole.fit food catalog whose data comes from the FSANZ Australian Food Composition Database (AFCD) and AUSNUT 2023: 4,127 imported foods, exactly as the app serves them. It also holds 0 foods that people derived from those rows in the app (copies and recipes), anonymized as METHOD.md describes. Hidden and retired foods are included, because they are still the source's data.

## Files

Each file is gzip-compressed JSON Lines: one JSON object per line, keyed by database column name.
